In addition to our own “Cut Above Rub,” we have a selection of rubs, both hot and sweet, to enhance your steak or roast. Used judiciously, our sauces bring out the best in your beef and other meats. Try our White Truffle & Scallion Aïoli, Fig Mostarda, Charred Tomato-Horseradish Aïoli, or Mushroom and Pecan Salsa on the side. Speaking of salsas, we have several, from traditional Black Bean & Corn Salsa to Tropical Fruit & Cucumber Salsa.

We have crafted a special selection of rubs, marinades, and sauces for seafood that add a twist without overpowering the delicate flavor of meals de la mer. Along with the ever-popular citrus-based rubs and marinades, we offer Yuzu Aïoli, Saffron-Apple Chutney, Cajun Rémoulade, and a host of other seafood sauces.

Marinades can take your entrée around the world! From tangy Asian-inspired Thai Red Curry or fruity Orange Ginger to classic Yogurt Garam Masala; Mediterranean Lemon Garlic to American Nashville Hot, we have a wide variety of poultry marinades.
Not to be outdone, many of our versatile marinades can also be used with beef or pork. South-of-the-Border style Fajita, Mojo, or Jalapeño-Garlic will add a kick to your meat.
