Surf & Turf: 2 – 8 oz filet mignon* with shrimp skewers featuring a lemon butter and port wine sauce
Filets provided raw and ready-to-grill (instructions provided)

The Mile High – $125

Airline Chicken with ACA Rub and Salmon with cucumber dill sauce and mushroom sauce
Entree provided fully cooked

The Sure Thing – $195

Beef Wellington* and 2 split lobster tails with port wine sauce and garlic parsley butter
*will be prepared medium rare but can be cooked to a higher temp at home
