Mariana is the friendly face behind much of what keeps A Cut Above Butcher & Provisions running smoothly. As co-owner, she oversees customer service, daily operations, marketing support, and helps ensure every guest receives the personal attention that has become a hallmark of our shop.
Originally from Uruguay, Mariana brings a strong work ethic, genuine hospitality, and a passion for creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Whether she’s helping customers find the perfect cut, organizing community events, or working behind the scenes to keep everything on track, her goal is simple: make every visit feel like you’re shopping with family.
Outside of the shop, Mariana enjoys spending time with family, supporting the local community, and helping grow a business built on quality, honesty, and exceptional service.
Her favorite part of A Cut Above? Seeing customers leave with a smile, knowing they’ll be coming back for another great meal.
