Marinades can take your entrée around the world! From tangy Asian-inspired Thai Red Curry or fruity Orange Ginger to classic Yogurt Garam Masala; Mediterranean Lemon Garlic to American Nashville Hot, we have a wide variety of poultry marinades.

Not to be outdone, many of our versatile marinades can also be used with beef or pork. South-of-the-Border style Fajita, Mojo, or Jalapeño-Garlic will add a kick to your meat. Basil Balsamic or Italian Herb marinades lend a subtle note to your main dish. Try Teriyaki, Korean, or Hawaiian marinades for a taste of the Pacific Rim.

In addition to our own “Cut Above Rub,” we have a selection of rubs, both hot and sweet, to enhance your steak or roast. Used judiciously, our sauces bring out the best in your beef and other meats. Try our White Truffle & Scallion Aïoli, Fig Mostarda, Charred Tomato-Horseradish Aïoli, or Mushroom and Pecan Salsa on the side. Speaking of salsas, we have several, from traditional Black Bean & Corn Salsa to Tropical Fruit & Cucumber Salsa.
